How to Warm Breast Milk and Formula Safely: At Home and On the Go

A warm bottle can be comforting, but safe feeding starts before the warming step. Clean hands, correct preparation, cold storage, and careful timing all matter. Breast milk and infant formula also have different handling rules, so one routine should not be applied to both.
