These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nurturewiseglobal.com and purchases made directly through our Shopify-powered store. The website and store are operated by SMART NURTURE HOLDINGS LIMITED ("Nurturewise," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the website, you agree to the provisions of these Terms that apply to website use. By placing a direct order through our Shopify checkout, you also agree to the provisions governing Shopify store orders. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place a direct order.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your place of residence to place an order. If you use the website on behalf of a company or another person, you represent that you are authorized to act for them.
Our products are intended to be selected and used by adults. They are not offered for purchase by children.
2. Shopify store orders and seller identity
Orders submitted through checkout on nurturewiseglobal.com are direct store orders. SMART NURTURE HOLDINGS LIMITED is the seller for those orders. Shopify provides the storefront and checkout technology, and Shopify or connected payment providers may process the payment.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing or description errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or misuse of a promotion. An order-receipt message acknowledges that we received the order and does not necessarily confirm acceptance unless it expressly says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Products, prices, payment, and taxes
Product descriptions and prices displayed on the website may change before an order is accepted. The price, applicable shipping charge, and any taxes collected for a Shopify store order are shown during checkout before you submit the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, shipping, billing, and payment information. Payment is subject to authorization by the applicable payment provider. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order or location.
4. Fulfillment and delivery
We may use third-party warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment service providers to store inventory, pick and pack orders, ship products, provide tracking, and address delivery issues. Their role in fulfillment does not make them the seller to you for an order placed on nurturewiseglobal.com.
Questions about the contract, payment, cancellation, return, refund, or product support for a Shopify store order should be directed to Nurturewise at support@nurturewiseglobal.com. Delivery tracking and carrier information may also be provided through order communications or the carrier's tracking service.
5. Purchases completed on Amazon or another third-party marketplace
The website may include links to products available on Amazon or another third-party marketplace. A purchase completed on an external marketplace is not a Shopify store order from nurturewiseglobal.com.
The external marketplace and the applicable seller control checkout, payment, order acceptance, pricing, availability, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds, account services, and the marketplace transaction. The terms, policies, and notices presented for that external order apply. Use the order-management and customer-service options associated with the external order unless Nurturewise expressly provides separate product support.
6. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, availability information, and instructions accurately. Colors, dimensions, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing updates, display settings, photography, or other reasonable factors.
We may correct errors and update website content at any time. If a material error affects a Shopify store order, we will address it as required by applicable law.
7. Shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty
Shopify store orders are subject to the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy made available on our website. Review those policies before submitting an order.
No specific product warranty is created by these Terms. Any warranty that applies will be stated separately with the product or at the point of sale. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Product use and safety
Read and follow the product manual, warnings, cleaning instructions, temperature guidance, and other instructions supplied with the product. Inspect the product and its seals, lid, power components, and accessories before use. Keep the product and hot liquids out of children's reach except during appropriate adult-supervised feeding.
Always check the temperature of milk, formula, water, or other permitted contents before feeding. Follow current guidance from qualified health professionals and the relevant milk or formula manufacturer concerning storage, thawing, preparation, reheating, and feeding.
Do not use a product that appears damaged, operates abnormally, or has been used contrary to its instructions. Contact support if you have a product question.
9. Health and product-use information
Information on the website is general product and educational information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a pediatrician, lactation professional, or other qualified healthcare provider.
Unless expressly supported by authorized product labeling and applicable requirements, our products are not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease. Individual circumstances differ, and users are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for their needs and for using it according to its instructions.
10. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;

If you provide feedback, you authorize us to use it without restriction or payment, provided that we handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Separate terms may apply if we introduce reviews, photographs, or other user-submitted content.

The website may depend on or link to Shopify, Amazon, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other third-party services. We do not control third-party services, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product, or practice of the third party. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurturewise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from use of the website, these Terms, or a product purchase.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services, our practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will show a revised "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an accepted order where prohibited by law.
17. Severability and no waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent allowed by applicable law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
